Enjoy a energetic walk or casual stroll through the Shopping Center starting at 7am Monday - Saturday and 9am Sunday. You are always welcome to walk during normal Shopping Center hours.
Plus...join members of the Henry Ford Rehabilitation Department for morning stretches every Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30am - 9:00am in front of lower level Lord and Taylor. New members are welcome to join at that time and talk with Henry Ford staff.
Highlights for the Mall Walker's program include:
- Early morning hours for mall walkers
- Informational seminars on heart health, exercise, safety, nutrition and other topics
- Educational speakers
- Demonstrations of proper walking techniques
- Free blood pressure checks, bone density tests, and body-fat measuring
