Fairlane Town Center, located in the heart of Ford Motor Land, offers shoppers a unique and interesting shopping experience.  Visitors can dine al fresco on the newly added restaurant plaza, enjoy the outdoor fireplace at BRAVO! Cucina Italiana or simply sample the fare at P.F. Chang's China Bistro. 

 

Fairlane Town Center's 160 stores and restaurants will keep even the most dedicated shopper on their toes. Home to Michigan's largest H&M and one of only two Heritage 1981 stores, visitors will find everything from the Classic Coach store to the cutting edge Underground Station.

Where is the Lost & Found?

Please report any lost or found items to the Information Desk in center court or to a Security Officer.

Lost and found items are held in the Security Office or at the store in which the item was found.

There are three locations for public pay phones.

On the lower level:

  • Sears court - near Starter's Bar & Grill
  • JCPenney court - near China Town

On the upper level:

  • LifeStyle Café food court

Is there Security at Fairlane Town Center?

Fairlane Town Center has a Security Police Department. Their mission is to provide outstanding customer service to shoppers, tenants and employees. The Department is staffed with highly trained uniformed officers who work to maintain an environment that is safe, comfortable and secure.

 

The Security Police Department can help with vehicle lock outs, vehicle jump starts, vehicle escorts and locating a vehicle within any of the Center’s parking lots.

 

If assistance is needed, the Security Police Department can be contacted at (313) 593-3386 or visit the Information Desk. Also, customer call boxes are located throughout the parking lots (marked by blue canopies).

Are Fairlane Town Center Gift Cards available?

Fairlane Town Center gift cards are available at Customer Service and come in denominations from $20 to $500. The Card may only be used at shops and restaurants that accept American Express Cards within Fairlane Town Center.

What is the Fairlane Town Center Adult Supervision Policy?

The Adult Supervision Policy at Fairlane Town Center requires that individuals under the age of 18 visiting Fairlane Town Center after 5:00 p.m. be accompanied by a responsible adult 21 years of age or older. There are three ATM (automated teller machines) within Fairlane Town Center.

 

On the lower level:

  • Center court - near glass elevators

On the upper level:

Who Created the Large Sculptures Displayed in Fairlane Town Center?

In JCPenney Court:
Chris Byars, a Colorado artist, constructed a 25 foot high sculpture that consists of eleven vertically arranged half-cycle modules. The sculpture is made from roll-formed and plate steel and weighs about four tons.

In Macy's Court:
Paying special tribute to the automotive industry, Armand Arman, a famed French artist, created a progressive spiral configuration made from a series of truck grill guards provided by the Ford Motor Company.
