A Quick and Effective Workout

Gyms are starting to reopen, but sometimes you just don’t feel like leaving the house! Here’s a workout you can do from the comfort of your home – it’s quick, but I’m not promising it will be easy!
Set a timer for 10 minutes and do as many rounds of this routine as you can:
10 pushups
15 dips
20 sit ups
Rest for 3 minutes, and then set a new timer for 10 minutes and complete as many rounds as possible of this routine:
20 air squats
20 mountain climbers
20 sit ups
That’s it! I told you it would be quick, but not easy! You can always come back to this workout and try to complete more rounds than you did last time!
