"Black Art Library" is a collection of books and other art history ephemera on Black visual art intended to be an educational resource to share within the Black community and beyond. We intend to introduce or expand the community’s knowledge of Black art from the past and the present through art books.
The exhibit is located on the Upper Level near Macy's Wing!

Together with Dragon Eagle TV, Fairlane Town Center will ring in the Year of the Rabbit with a Lunar New Year celebration showcasing the diverse cultural aspects of the Chinese-American and Asian-Pacific communities onSaturday, January 28th, at 2pm in the South Court(near Express). The event will feature live performances such as ribbon dancing and a lion dance, a special Lunar New Year backdrop for selfies, food sampling, twisted rabbit balloons, and a variety of giveaways, including take-home lanterns, bunny ears, white rabbit creamy candy, a bonsai tree, miniature rabbit figures, fortune cookies, rabbit keychains, and red envelopes with feng shui gold coins (each while supplies last). Attendees can participate in a raffle to win one of sixteen $25 gift cards to The Ukiyo Store and P.F. Chang’s. This event is free and open to the public; no pre-registration is required.
